Orders & Shipping
Orders are processed within 24- 48 hours. Once shipped you will receive tracking via email.
We ship Australia-wide, as well as to selected international destinations.
Shipping options, rates, and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location.
We completely understand, sometimes you’ll change your mind. If your order has not yet been shipped, we’ll be happy to cancel it and provide a full refund.
If your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However you may :
Exchange it for a preferred style (subject to stock availability), or
Return it for a refund in line with our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
Please note : Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes to items, sizes, or shipping details.
If you need to update something urgently, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist before your order is shipped.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local authorities.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note delivery times may vary during peak periods.
While we aim to deliver all orders within the stated timeframes, delays may occur due to customs processing, courier issues, or peak periods.
If your parcel is lost or stolen please contact the courier directly using your tracking information and send us an email at support@saerhaus.com
If no one is available at the time of delivery, your parcel may be left in a safe place.
If a safe location is not available, the courier will provide further instructions:
- International orders: Your courier will contact you directly via email or SMS to arrange redelivery or collection.
- Australian orders (AusPost): You will receive a notification via SMS, email, or the AusPost app with instructions to collect your parcel from your local post office. If your parcel is not linked to your MyPost account, a collection card will be left.
This ensures your order is delivered securely and reaches you as soon as possible.
Please note: Parcels will only be left unattended if a safe place is available.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided the items are :
• Unworn
• Unused
• In original packaging with tags attached
Return shipping is covered at the customers expense.
Yes we offer exchanges subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
Exchanges are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
No. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect.
If your item if faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with :
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Upon confirmation, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Please double check your shipping details before completing your order. SAER HAUS is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Yes. Multiple items from the same order may be returned together, provided all items meet conditions outlined in our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after your return has been received and approved.
Please allow additional time for the funds to appear in your original payment method.
Items returned worn, damaged, washed, or without original tags and packaging may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Product & Care
- Each SAER HAUS® garment includes specific care instructions on the product page and garment label. We strongly recommend following the care instructions provided for the exact item you have received to ensure longevity of fabric, fit, and detailing.

Our garments are pre-treated to minimise shrinkage. However, improper washing or drying may affect fabric and fit.
Always follow the care instructions on the garment label.
My profile
Changes to your details can be made through the account dashboard under ‘Profile’.
If you are not signed in and need to change your password, select ‘Forgot Password’ at the sign in screen.
If you are signed into your online account, you can click ‘Email Reset Link’ under ‘Reset Password’ and follow the instructions sent to your email.
Payments & Security
We accept a range of secure payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, UnionPay, and other supported payment methods shown at checkout.
All payments are processed securely. We do not store or have access to your payment details.
Rewards Program
To redeem your loyalty points, please follow the steps below:
1 Log in to your account and go to your Account Dashboard.
2 Under SAER HAUS ELITE, click “View Rewards.”
3 Select “View My Points.”
4 A rewards window will appear showing your available points.
5 Click “Ways to Redeem.”
6 Choose the reward you would like to redeem and apply it at checkout.
Discounts & Offers
Yes - we occasionally offer limited-time promotions across the site.
You can also receive a welcome offer when signing up to the SAER HAUS community.
Only one promotion can be applied per order.
If multiple offers are available, the most relevant discount will be applied at checkout.
New customers who sign up receive a 10% discount on their first order.
This offer is sent via email after signing up.
The welcome offer is separate and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
Eligible promotions are automatically applied at checkout, or via a code if specified.
Promotions are available for a limited time only.
Specific end dates may vary depending on the campaign.
Other
This can sometimes occur due to your browser or network settings as the browser may estimate your location based on device or network settings rather than your exact location.
If the country or region shown doesn’t look right, you can:
• Manually select your preferred country or region on the website, or
• Try refreshing the page or using a different browser
This won’t affect your ability to browse or place an order.
